2026 The Open – Round 3

In Tournaments by Admin

Sam Burns takes a two shot lead going into the final round at The Open, Si Woo Kim and Ryan Fox (who joined the 62 club) are hot on his heels. Could we see a surprise in the final round with another golfer shooting an incredible round?

It was all change during Round 3 and our LMS leaderboard looks totally different! Jon and Steve sit on -20 and as it stands would share the prize pot. With plenty of low scoring, could we see a twist at the end in the race for the £16,300 prize pot?

The top 10 after Round 3 is as follows:

1st – Jon Blenkin -20 (-10,-8,-2)

1st – Steve Griffiths -20 (-10,-8,-2)

Our general rule of thumb is that if you’re within 10 shots of the lead, you’re still in contention and that is definitely the case here with the leaderboard being pretty tight and the scoring being so variable!

Please keep tabs on the leaderboard on our website to keep you up to date throughout the final round.
