2025 The Masters – Round 1

In Tournaments by Admin

Justin Rose is leading the way in The Masters after carding an impressive -7, he’s 3 shots clear of the rest of the field and as you can imagine he features heavily in the leading LMS picks!

Jack Birkett is one shot clear at the top of our LMS leaderboard, there’s another 4 entries only one shot behind so the lead could change very quickly.

At the other end of the table there are 6 entries on +16, it’s safe to say they’re going to be struggling to challenge for the prize pot!

Mark Tucker had the unfortunate luck of being the only person to select Nick Dunlap who carded the worst Masters round in the past decade, ending up on +18. Although he also picked Scottie Scheffler which meant he’s currently not last at least!

Thankfully there were no withdrawls which means the prize pot is still £16,200 which is split as follows:

1st – £12,200

2nd – £3,200

3rd – £800

Unfortunately, the live leaderboard is currently not working as Google have blocked access to Google Sheets. I have found a solution but haven’t had time to implement it just yet. Hopefully we’ll be able to get that working again very shortly!

Shot of the Day

Shot of the day goes to 1992 Masters winner Fred Couples who from 191 yards holed out to land an eagle.
