After Round 1 at The Open, it’s tight at the top with Grillo, Lamprecht and Fleetwood all leading the way on -5.
Scoring was mixed during the day leading to a wide range of scores on our LMS Leaderboard. There is a group at the top on -10, bringing up the rear is Jeff Jones 2 and Antony Devlin 2 who are both +18 due to picking Justin Thomas who had a nightmare round.
One entry has been effected by withdrawals so we are down to 1,289 entries. As a result, we have decided to leave the prize pot untouched meaning the prize pot split is still:
1st – £8,700
2 – £2,300
3 – £600

Shot of the Day
Sepp Straka holed this incredible chip on 18th hole, it was a remarkable shot and I don’t think he’ll hole one like that again in a while!
