2023 PGA Championship – Round 3

In Tournaments by Admin

With one round to go the race for the £7,360 prize pot is heating up! Koepka has had two brilliant rounds which has taken him to the top of the leaderboard, Hovland and Conners are only one shot back so it’s going to make an enthralling last round.

The weather took a turn for the worse making scoring even harder than the previous two rounds, only 7 players in the field are now under par. One bad round or one good round from any of the golfers could make a huge change to our LMS leaderboard.

It’s tight at the top of our LMS leaderboard with one shot separating the top 5 entries and there are another group that aren’t far behind so it’s all to play for!

Top 10

The top 10 after Round 3 is as follows:

1st – Tom Mealand 2 -11

2nd – Paul Whiteside 2 -10 (-6, -5, 1)

2nd – Lewis Donnelly -10 (-6, -5, 1)

2nd -Neil Hardy -10 (-6, -5, 1)

2nd – Ryan Cooke B&S 1 2 -10 (-6, -5, 1)

6th – Rhiannon Williams -7 (-6, -5, 4)

7th – Alicia Haley -7 (-6, -2, 1)

7th – John Stalker Snr -7 (-6, -2, 1)

7th – John Stalker Jnr -7 (-6, -2, 1)

7th – Joanna Sobska -7 (-6, -2, 1)

Our general rule of thumb is that if you’re within 10 shots of the lead, you’re still in contention and that is definitely the case here with the leaderboard being pretty tight!

Good luck to those still in contention. There is still a lot to play for here with the way scoring has been so far.

Cheers,
