We mentioned yesterday that the leaderboard could quickly change with one good or bad round and that was certainly the case in Round 3!
Scottie Scheffler found some form and carded a -6 round which cemented his place at the top of the leaderboard on -11. Alex Noren had a great round too, which took him to -8 and he’ll be looking to push Scottie all the way.
Gary Cummins has raced into a 5 shot lead at the top of the LMS leaderboard which is one of our largest ever leads going into the final round. Thomas Hawkins who was leading at the end of Round 2 is now 9 shots off the lead!
The race for the £11,500 prize pot is well and truly on!

Our general rule of thumb is that if you’re within 10 shots of the lead, you’re still in contention and that is definitely the case here with the leaderboard being pretty tight and the scoring being so variable!
