We’re half way through the US Open and scoring hasn’t become any easier! Ludvig Åberg takes a 1 shot lead into Round 3, with 3 players only a shot behind it’s going to be a really interesting last 2 rounds.

Harry still leads the way on the LMS leaderboard with his three golfers scoring -9. Mark is only a shot behind so he’ll be hoping the scores swing his way.

Some popular picks missed the cut such as Viktor Hovland – 14 (133), Max Homa – 33 (46), Robert MacIntyre – 80 (82), Alex Noren – 100 (42), Adam Hadwin – 100 (42) and Cameron Davis – 140 (35).

As a result of the cut, 609 entries are now out the competition which leaves 541 in the hunt for the £10,350 prize pot.

Shot of the Day

This is probably the hardest shot of the day we’ve had to do, with two aces and an incredible putt from Theegala it was too different to narrow down so let us know which is your favourite!

Francesco Molinari went into the last hole 2 shots shy of making the cut, so what does he do? He hit a hole in one to make the cut!

The second contender is Sepp Straka who had a piece of bad luck, his shot hit the pin and rolled back into the bunker causing him to drop a few shots.
