We’re half way through the US Open and only two shots separate the top four players so it’s all to play for. Rickie Fowler continues to lead the way on -10 having made 18 birdies in 36 holes! Wyndham Clark had a great round and is now only one shot behind Fowler.

In our LMS there is a very wide range of fortunes with Thomas Kelly leading the way on -24 and our very own Cole Ashton bringing up the rear on +25 which is made even more impressive by one of his picks (Koepka) finishing on E, so that tells you all you need to know about his other two picks!

Some popular picks missed the cut such as Justin Rose (122), Jordan Spieth (60), Max Homa (60), Adam Scott (56), Phil Mickelson (55), Corey Conners (38) and Keegan Bradley (38).

The entrants that had Tommy Fleetwood (150), Tyrrell Hatton (105) and Jon Rahm (73) will all be breathing a sigh of relief as they narrowly made the cut meaning (unless one of their other golfers were cut) they’re still in with a chance of the prize pot.

As a result of the cut, 528 entries are now out the competition which leaves 325 in the hunt for the £7,650 prize pot.

With not much separating the top 10, it only takes one good or bad round to make a massive swing to our leaderboard so it’ll make an interesting finish!
