Brooks Koepka leads the way at the half way point. It was an eventful round with the bad weather, a tree falling and some poor play from some big names, we are down to 391 left in the competition. Koepka has a 2 shot advantage from Jon Rahm, with amateur Sam Bennett third who has produced one of the best ever performances from an amateur at The Masters.
Unfortunately, as Louis Oosthuizen withdrew through illness after teeing off, the 47 entrants who selected him are out of the competition!
Some popular picks missed the cut such as Thomas (57), McIlroy (301!!!!), Conners (118), Willett (111), Watson (32), Kitayama (68), M W Lee (158), DeChambeau (38), Tom Hoge (78) and Horschel (23) meaning a whopping 805 entries had golfers missing the cut (including the 47 above with Oosthuizen) therefore are out of the competition.
