1. By entering the Golf Last Man Standing competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and the rules of the competition.
2. The competition is being run by Golf Last Man Standing.
Eligibility to enter
3. The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
4. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize money you may win.
5. The maximum number of entries per person is 10, any entries after this will be deemed void and any entry fees will be returned.
6. The competition deadline to enter is detailed on the individual competition pages.
How to enter
7. The competition will include all entries submitted before the deadline as detailed on the individual competition page. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the competition. If the entry fee has not been paid by the deadline as detailed on the individual competition page then the entry will be excluded from the competition.
8. To enter the competition please submit the entry form on the individual competition pages.
9. Golf Last Man Standing will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
10. The prize will be the prize pot detailed on the individual competition pages.
11. The winner will be the entrant with the lowest score as detailed on the “How LMS Works” page.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. The decision of Golf Last Man Standing regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
14. The winner will be notified after the conclusion of the final round of the tournament via the contact details provided.
15. Golf Last Man Standing will attempt to contact the winner by their contact details up to three times.
16. If the winner does not respond to the contact notifying them of their win within 14 days of the third email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Golf Last Man Standing reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
17. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize pot.
Data protection and publicity
18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Golf Last Man Standing for the purposes of administering the competition and updating entrants via a newsletter for the current competition and future competitions.
19. The winner agrees to the release of their name for social media promotion of the competition
20. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Golf Last Man Standing’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
21. Golf Last Man Standing does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition
22. Golf Last Man Standing does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize pot. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the prize pot are that of the prize winner.
General
23. Golf Last Man Standing reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
